There are just ten lessons in the course and all are short and non-technical videos with simple yet important messages that we encourage you to embrace.

There’s also a short three-question quiz at the end of each lesson. The quizzes are NOT GRADED, but you won’t be able to proceed through the course without completing each quiz.
